I feel that it is important to be clear, concise, and professional when entering a job interview. I plan to prepare a portfolio that consists of sample lesson plans and my classroom management plan that is applicable to many different instances. I feel that the most deterring part of interviewing is being judged and being determined whether or not you fit into the already built school community. Community is such an important aspect to my work in education. I know that I will need to work to prove myself within a community and want to put in that work. While developing my curricula I continue to investigate new ways to incorporate community involvement and the surrounding areas. This is something that I would love to touch on, given the opportunity in the interview process.
